For admission in different classes as mentioned Registration is starting from 01.12.2023

➤ Last date for registration and online submission of Admission Form 30.04.2024.

As per the order of Education Department, C.G Govt., no correction in respect of Child's name, Date of birth Certificate, Father's name, and Mother's name is acceptable at any point of time. Hence parents must ensure while submitting the admission form and Aadhar card that all entries made there in are correct and in order.

➤ Admission in class Nursery to Std.1 is subject to the condition that the applications received.

➤ Admission from Nursery to Std.1 shall be given on first come first serve basis.

➤ Uploading of Birth certificate and Aadhar card of the child is mandatory.

➤ The first installment of fee for every academic session is deposited at the school counter.

➤ For payment through Rupay One has to visit to school and deposit the fee at schools counter.

➤ The school is presently giving admission in Class Nursery to Std. 8 but will add due class in every successive year till it reaches to Std.XII.

➤ The child interested for admission must be coming in the age group as on 01.04.2024 as stated below:

➤ For Nursery : (2.5 years - 3 years)

➤ For LKG : (3.5 years - 4 years)

➤ For UKG : (4.5 years - 5 years)

➤ For higher classes the admission is granted on production of Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.

➤ For all classes Aadhar Card is a must.

➤ Seats are limited as we are starting two sections in each class up to Std.8 in the current session.

➤ For the Current session the admission will be granted on first come first serve basis.

➤ The acadmic session is From April 1st to March 31st of the next year.

➤ Construction of the school building is in pregress. Presently it has sufficient infrastructure and on the construction  progresses the infrastructure will increase in the same proportion.

➤ The school ensures safety and security of each child admitted.

➤ The school does not charge more than the fee decided by the management. For every deposit ask for receipt.

RULES:-

➤ The child needs to attend the school on all working day.

➤ The parent is requested to refer the Student's Diary for all purposes.

➤ There is no provision of 1/2 day leave.

➤ For the School Bus commuters are to follow Transport Rules.

➤ Attendance of parents in the Parents Teachers Meet is essential.

➤ DAV is having its own in house teaching materials from LKG to Std.VIII which is made available to the Students from school only at a cheaper price. No body is authorised to sell those books in the open market.
